Your day-to-day:

  • Leading and developing the kitchen team
  • Managing food gross profit and budgets
  • Ensuring dishes meet company specification
  • Overseeing stock control and supplier management
  • Maintaining food safety and hygiene standards

What you’ll need:

  • Proven experience in a quality, high-volume kitchen
  • Strong commercial awareness
  • Leadership confidence and communication skills
  • Deep knowledge of meat, fish and sauce techniques
