If you’re ready to step into greater responsibility while continuing to sharpen your culinary skills, this role offers the perfect balance. As Junior Sous Chef, you’ll support the senior kitchen team while confidently running sections and maintaining high standards throughout service.

You’ll play an important role in developing consistency, organisation and teamwork in a busy fresh food kitchen.

Your day-to-day:

  • Delivering dishes cooked and presented to company specification
  • Running your own section during service
  • Supporting and guiding junior team members
  • Maintaining food hygiene and safety standards
  • Assisting with stock control and kitchen organisation

What you’ll need:

  • Experience as a Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Confidence working under pressure
  • Passion for fresh, quality food
