If you’re ready to build on your leadership experience and take on greater responsibility, this is a fantastic next step. As Deputy Manager, you’ll work closely with the General Manager to drive standards, develop the team and deliver strong commercial performance.
You’ll be a visible presence on the floor, supporting service while helping to shape the culture and direction of the restaurant.
Your day-to-day:
- Supporting overall restaurant operations
- Ensuring consistently high levels of customer service
- Monitoring costs and working towards budget targets
- Coaching and developing team members
- Supporting recruitment, training and performance management
What you’ll need:
- Experience managing a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Commercial awareness
- A hands-on and proactive approach
