If you’re an experienced kitchen leader ready to take on greater responsibility, this role offers the chance to drive performance alongside the Head Chef. As Senior Sous Chef, you’ll oversee daily operations while maintaining exceptional food quality and team standards.

You’ll balance leadership with hands-on expertise, ensuring consistency, organisation and strong team development.

Your day-to-day:

  • Supporting overall kitchen operations
  • Managing stock, invoices and food profit in line with targets
  • Coaching and developing the kitchen team
  • Delivering dishes to company specification
  • Maintaining food safety and hygiene standards

What you’ll need:

  • Experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Sous Chef
  • Strong culinary knowledge and leadership skills
  • Commercial awareness
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
