As Chef de Partie, you’ll take ownership of your section and play a key role in delivering consistency and quality every service. You’ll combine technical skill with organisation and teamwork, ensuring dishes leave the kitchen exactly as they should.

Your day-to-day:

  • Running your section confidently during service
  • Delivering dishes to company specification
  • Supporting and guiding junior team members
  • Maintaining hygiene and safety standards
  • Assisting with stock management

What you’ll need:

  • Experience in a similar kitchen role
  • Strong knowledge of cooking techniques
